Cut chicken breast in thin small strips

Put some olive oil and butter on a pan, add garlic for a taste and fry chicken until it's white from each side on medium flame

Remove garlic, cut onion in thin half circles and add to the pan, split all the onion nicely

Fry until gets golden on low flame, mix from time to time

Mix 75ml of water with flour, set chicken to a low flame and add water mixture to a pan, mix well

Mix sour cream with remaining of a water, salt, pepper, paprika and any other spices you want to add

After couple of minutes add sour cream mixture to the pan, mix well and leave it for a couple of minutes on a low flame until done.
