Ingredients: 100 gm butter; 60 gm sugar; Pinch salt; Few drops of almond assence; 1 pinch baking powder; 1 egg; 100 gm cake flour; 70 gm almond flour (grind the almonds into a fine powder); 2 tbs dry milk powder / ice-cream powder /custard powder

100 gmbutter
60 gmsugar
Pinchsalt
Few drops of almond assence
1 pinchbaking powder
1egg
100 gmcake flour
70 gmalmond flour (grind the almonds into a fine powder)
2 tbsdry milk powder / ice-cream powder /custard powder

Steps

In a bowl soften the butter.. Then add sugar mix well..

Then add half egg.. And all the dry ingredients..

Mix well.. And keep the dough in freezer for 30 mints.

Cut the cookies in to ur desire shape.. Brush with egg.. Sprinkle with some almond..

Bake in preheated at 170 for 15-20 mint.. Until edges become golden
