First cut bhindi according to you which shape you want then add 1 tbs mustard oil and mix it...

Put a kadhai in low flame add mustard oil and roast bhindi for 5 -10 mins...after that the colour of bhindi changed...

Now again put kadhai add oil,heeng,jeera, chopped garlic,haldi,red chilli,coriander powder and mix it, add chopped tomatoes and cover it with for 5 mins in low flame...

Add roasted bhindi and 1/2 cup water and cover it...

In last add salt, saunff powder and chaat masala,coriander leaves..off the flame and cover it...

Now garlic bhindi is ready for serve....😋😋
