Green Moong Oats Tikki

Soak dal overnight and then boil it and mash it, prepare oats powder and keep aside

In a mixing bowl add mashed moong dal, grated potatoes, powder oats, chilli powder, salt, chat masala, onion and coriander leaves mix well

Prepare round shape like tikki and in pan add little oil and shallow fry tikki both sides till golden brown

Then it's ready to serve..
