Ingredients

1hour
8-10 servings
  • 8Chicken pieces (roste cut)
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 cupsyogurt
  • 5-6green chillis
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 6-7lemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 0.5 tbspchilli flacks
  • 1 tbspwhole spices powder
  • 1Chicken roste masala pkt
  • Oil half cup
  • 1 pieceCoal
  • Paratha
  • 2 cupall purpose flour
  • Water to knead
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspOil
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    First take grinder jar put green chilli in it and make paste.

  2. 2

    Now add ginger garlic paste, all mentioned spices, roste masala, lemon juice in it an make paste.

  3. 3

    Now take chicken pieces and cote prepared masala on them one by one... Make sure all pieces are fully coted....

  4. 4

    Add the rest masala in the chicken and leave it for 1hour..

  5. 5

    Now take a pateela pour oil in it and layer the chicken pieces make only single layer don't put piece on piece if pieces arw left take another pateela and make single layer..

  6. 6

    Add yogurt on the chicken and cook on high flame for 5mint then slow the flame to medium low... (Dum wali heat)

  7. 7

    When chicken becomes tender and water is still in it high the flame and dry the water don't use spoon...

  8. 8

    When it leave oil... Heat up the coil put small steel plate in pateela and put coal on it pour some oil on it seal with lid and smoke it... 🙂 🙂

    Roste it ready to serve..

    Knead the flour and leave it for 30 min

    Now make 4balls of flour

  12. 12

    Make round shape and spread flour and oil paste on frst round put other round on it and make repeat it

  13. 13

    Now fold them and cut in 4 for pieces... Make roti shape put on tawa cook from both sides thn brush ghee on them and cook it.... Cutt them in triangle shapes as shown in pic and serve with roste😍😍
