Chicken Manchurian with egg fried rice

For egg fried rice- boil rice but half cooked

In oil put garlic and add vegetables and mix for 1-2 min then add soya sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Fry egg and cut into pieces, add into the pan with vegetables, mix and add rice. Put the lid over the pan for 2-5 min on slow heat.

For Manchurian--put ginger garlic paste into oil

Add chicken and mix for 5 min until it changes the colour

Cover with lid and slow the heat for 15-20 min. Remove the lid and cook until it gets golden and absorbs oil

Add ketchup into it and mix

Add salt and pepper into it and mix for a while

Add vegetables, green chillies and water. Mix for 5 min

Cover it and cook on low flame for 2-3 min and serve with egg fried rice
