Heat a pan add oil,let it hot.

Add cumin seeds, crackle it,add chopped onion,pink it.add ginger,ginger garlic,sauty it.

Add green chilli, coriander powder,chilli powder,mix it.

Now add gram powder,add kaju paste, sprinkle some water cook it 1 mins.

Add spnich puree,mix it very well in all cooked spices.

Now add garam masala,crushed green cardamom,mix it.

Add fried onion paste.1/2cup of water,& let it a boil.

In a bowl add milk powder,malai,mint powder mix it,add paneer cubs keep it for 15 mins aside.

Add salt in the boiling spnich,add malai mix it.

Now add marinated paneer,cook it 1 mins in the high flame.

Remove it from the flame.

Add lime juice,mix it.heat the ghee in a pan add some crushed kaju,badam,fry it 1 mins then pour it on the greavy.

Take it out in a bowl.Garnish it with malai or cream.

Garnishing is very important.plate it looks like half dark,& half white.looks like neem sawera(aadhi subah)

Enjoy it with naan,paratha,rice etc.
