  • 2 cupsSoya chunks
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspChilli powder
  • 1 tbspSabji masala
  • 1/2 tbspKashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • As requiredOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Soak chunks for 30 minutes. Then boil it for 10 minutes. Squeeze water and grind it.

    Heat wok add oil cumin seeds. Add onion then capsicum and tomatoes. Add ginger-garlic paste. Add all the spices.

    Add grinded chunks salt and fry well at last add lemon juice and it is ready to serve.
