Put ghee in pan & fry green cardomons for few seconds. Add in suji and bhoonofy it for about 5 to 7 minutes on low flame till golden.

On the other hand in a separate pan add water, sugar and colour and cook till sugar dissolves.

Pour this syrup once suji is golden in colour and mix it and cook on low flame till it is cooked for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Dish out and garnish with sliced almonds.
