No-fail gulab jamun /quick and easy without egg

First of all make sheera in a broad pot just dissolved the sugar and turn off the flame

Then in a bowl add milk powder, ghee, cardamom powder and mix it all together

Then add room temperature milk, baking powder, flour and mix it all together make sure don't knead too much otherwise gulab jamun will be hard

Make small balls make sure they should be without crack

Then in a wok add oil in medium flame fry gulaab jamun and stir the oil continuously not the gulab jamun, they will rotate itself

When the colour of your choice appeared take it out and put in the hot sheera not boiling sheera, leave it in the sheera for 20 minutes and then take it out and serve hot
