Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 300 gmsground beef
  • 2 piecepita bread
  • 1medium tomato
  • 1medium cucumber
  • 1small onion
  • 1chinese cabbage
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 1 tbspcooked peanuts
  • 250 mlolive oil
  • 5eggs
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut pita bread into small pieces and mix with shredded cabbage, top with slices tomato, cucumber and onions

  2. 2

    Saute ground beef until brown and season with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    For the sauce, put all ingredients in the blender, mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
