An awesome no cook innovative recipe by me with only a few ingredients as such. Whip up this anytime you wish to eat. A wonderful snack for all. Infact kids will love to have this. Whipped cream takes it to an altogether different level. Creamy and melt in mouth easy to make canapes are just irresistible.

Beat heavy cream until soft peaks are formed. Add vanilla essence and powdered sugar too.

Do not forget to chill the whisks and the bowl in which the cream is to be whipped.

Keep it well covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Arrange all the biscuits on a serving platter. Scoop out a generous amount of chilled whipped cream on each of it. Sprinkle cocoa powder on each. Top with a mint leaf. Serve immediately.
