Wash rice and keep aside.

Take all veggies and blanch it.

Heat the cooker add desi ghee, add chopped garlic, add black pepper corns and saute.

Add all blanched veggies and saute then add rice saute, now add mix herbs and chilli flakes to it and saute, then add milk and water. Give 2 whistles.

Let it cool add cheese. It tastes really awesome, kids love this. Serve with roasted papad and pickled raw mango and yogurt.

You can skip yogurt if you want to.
