2 cupswhole wheat
1 cuprava
to tasteSalt
2 tbspoil
1 cupwarm water
Oil for frying
Khatamitha chutney
1 cuptamarind extract
2 tbspjaggery
1 tbspcumin powder
1/4hing
Pinchsalt
2 cupswater
Aloo stuffing
3potato boiled
1onion chopped
2 tbspcoriander
1 tbspchaat masala
1/4pepper powder
to tasteSalt
1 tbspKashmiri red chilli powder
For serving
1/2 cupboondi
1/2 cupsev
1cut chopped onion and green chilli
1/2 cupcurd

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl take whole wheat and rava add oil, then mix well with water and start to knead. Sprinkel water as requ and knead to a soft dough. Cover the dough for an hour. make small balls of the dough and roll into small disk then fry in hot oil.
