Schezwan aloo roll

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker. Then peel the skin and mash them. In a pan heat oil. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder and chat masala. Mix well. Add schezwan sauce and chopped coriander leaves. Combine well. Schezwan aloo mixture is ready. Let it cool down at room temperature.

Mix mayonnaise into schezwan sauce. Keep aside.

Take wheat flour and all-purpose flour. Add salt and oil. Mix well and knead soft dough with enough water. Rest for 15 minutes. Prepare equal size balls. Roll out thin rotis and cook kachha pakka on tawa.

At the time of serving, cook roti well on both sides with butter. Apply prepared mayonnaise mixture. Put prepared schezwan aloo mixture in the middle. Apply chopped onion and capsicum on it and roll out.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
