Ingredients

40-45 mins
  1. For lollipop mixture
  2. 4large potatoes (mashed)
  3. 1/2 cupcarrot
  4. 1/2 cupcabbage
  5. As neededbread crumbs
  6. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1green chilli crushed
  8. 2 tsppeprika
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. For coating
  12. 1/2 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  13. 1/2 cupconflour
  14. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. as neededWater
  17. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  18. Sauce
  19. 4 tspoil
  20. 2-3 tspGinger garlic paste
  21. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  22. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  23. 1/2 cupWater
  24. 1 tspsoya sauce
  25. 1 tspConflour mixed in 4 spoons water
  26. To tasteSalt

Steps

40-45 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients as shown in "lollipop mixture" in a bowl. Add red food colour to the mixture if you want. Mix all the ingredients well.

    After all the ingredients are mixed, give them the shape of lollipops. You can use ice cream sticks. Now stick those lollipops to the ice cream sticks. Or else give them any shape you want

  3. 3

    Now when lollipops are prepared form the coating as shown in the ingredients "For coating" Keep consistency a bit thick. Then dip those lollipops in that mixture.

    Now heat oil in a pan and and fry lollipops when oil is heated fully otherwise your lollipops will break.

    So lollipops are fried and prepared by now.

  6. 6

    Now for sauce put 4-5 teaspoons of oil in a pan and then add some ginger garlic paste, then add red chilli powder and red chilli sauce and mix them well after that add some water and stir them. Add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and that corn flour paste in the mixture. Cook it for 3 minutes. Sauce is ready.
