Steps
- 1
Take freshly 2 l freshly boiled milk. From that collect about 1/4 cup of malai.
- 2
Put that malai in a kadhai and turn on the flame and keep it on extremely low flame. Now add 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 tbsp of sugar and keep on mixing it. Now in a bowl add 1 tsp of coffee powder and dilute it with 1 tsp of water. Pour it into the mixture. Now stir the mixture well. Don't overcook it, and don't put it on a high flame because if malai is heated very much ghee will start to leave from it.
- 3
Now when the batter is cooked on lowest now it's consistancy should be thin. Now add some chopped almonds, pistachios and cashewnuts.
- 4

- 5
Parle G Chocho sandwich biscuits are ready. You can also put some chocholate syrup on the top. It's just amazing and coffee taste make it feel really very much tasty.
