Grilled potato sandwich

In a pan heat oil and put cumin seed and ginger paste and saute it for 20 seconds.

Now fry onion and chilli then put boiled and chopped potatoes.

Now add all dry masale,(a very little amount of turmeric will give a very light green colour to our stuffing, which looks nice)mix well and let it cool down.

Now take two slices of brown bread and spread ketchup on one slice and chutney on another one, then put potato masala on it.

Cover the masala slice with another slice, apply butter over all and roast both sides in pan, grill or oven, what ever is convenient to you. Cut into slices and serve it.

You can add cheese also if you like, I don't use cheese.
