  • Chapli kabab masala ingredients
  • 1 teaspoonblack salt
  • 1 teaspoonrosted cumin seed powder
  • 1 teaspoonginger powder
  • 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspooncoriander seed
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonkachri power
  • Chapli kabab ingredients
  • 500 gramfat mix mutton keema (minced meat)
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspchopped tomatoes without seed
  • 2 slicetomatoes red
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 2-4green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 bowlfinely chopped green coriander leaves
  • Salt your taste
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1lime juice
  • Halfteaspoon black salt
  • 2 tablespooncorn flour
  • 2 tbspgram flour (besan)

    Firstly we will make chapli kabab masala.
