  1. 1 cupAlphaanzo mango puree
  2. 1-2 scoopsMango ice cream (optional)
  3. 1 literFull cream milk
  4. 1 tbspCornflour
  5. 3 tbspSugar
  6. 1 tspChia seeds
  7. 1 cupMango flavored vermicelli
  8. FewChopped nuts
  9. 1 pinchYellow food colour
  10. 1 glassWater
  11. 1 tspMango essence

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and combine all the dry ingredients and keep aside.

    Heat milk on medium flame for 5-7 min and add water to it. Now add all dry ingredients already kept aside following with mango essence. And stir regularly for 10-12 mins.

    Now the falooda mixture has turned to creamy. Put the flame off. Allow the mixture to cool completely. Add mango puree to the falooda mixture. Mix well.

    Transfer to the container with lid. Freeze the falooda mixture only for 40 min. Then transfer to the refrigerator. Don't freeze it further. Serve with mango ice cream as and when required. Serve chilled.
