Roast or deep fry maggi to give it a nice flavour. Mix dates and tamarind chutney with water. Add puffed rice and the chopped veggies to a bowl.

Now add peanuts and sev. Sprinkle chat masala on top. Top up with the dates tamarind chutney water. Garnish with coriander leaves. Squeeze some lemon juice as well. Toss all this well and serve immediately. Enjoy!
