Steps

Take a Siever on kneading plate. Add flour, Powdered sugar, milk powder. Seive it. Add Baking Powder

With salt, baking soda, curd and oil

Mix it well. Add little little milk and knead very soft and sticky dough.

Take dough on Kitchen platform. Sprinkle some dry flour. Knead it for 5-10 min. Till it get non sticky. Put oil and knead it. Keep it for 10 rest. Put vessel for pre heat.

Grease the plate or thali. Place butter paper. Divide the dough. Take every portion tug it inward and make dough ball.

Place all dough balls in plate. Grease it with oil. Put sesame seeds on it.

Place the plate in the preheated vessel. Bake it for 35-40 min. Check it with tooth pick. Take it from the vessel and grease it again with oil. And serve hot.

If want cut it from the between and toast it on tava with butter. Served with bhaji and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy with dear ones.
