Bittergourd Rolls
Steps

Take a bowl and grate potatoes in it.

Add bittergourd, onions, salt and pepper and corn flour in it. Mix well.

Divide the mixture in equal parts and shape each portion into rolls.

Heat oil in a pan.

Deep fry these rolls till they become golden and crispy.

Drain out on absorbent paper.
- 7
Ready to serve.
