    Wash the meat a put on fire, cook for about 10 minutes with little salt and onions

  2. 2

    Add pepper and onions, maggi,curry and garlic

  3. 3

    Add the cut okro and cryfish and cook for 5 to 8 Minutes

  4. 4

    Its ready... Eat wit semo
