Firstly, in large kadai take 2cup ripened mango, 1/2 cup raw mango n 1/2 cup suger further, add 2 cup water n stir well

Cover n boil for for 10 min or until mangoes soften. Drain off the mango n blend to smooth paste. Sieve the pulp making sure there is no residue

Add 4 cup water n mix adjusting the consistency as required. Finally, refrigerate the mango frottin enjoy chilled fora month.
