Collect ingredients, wash the mango and cut into pieces.

For mango puree--Grind mango pieces in a grinder to make a puree.

Use half cup milk from 2 cups, add custard powder. Mix until smooth.

Heat 1 and a half cup milk in a heavy bottom pan, add sugar. Let it boil on medium flame. Add half custard mixture, mix well, add the remaining half custard mixture, mix well. Cook for two mins on medium flame.

Add mango puree, stir continuously. Cook for 4 mins. until thick. Turn off the flame. Pour it to the serving cup.

Cover it and keep in the refrigerator for 6 hrs. or overnight. Decorate with mango chunks and colorful gems. Mango pudding is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
