  1. 1/2 kgMince (beef)
  2. 2cups
  3. 4onions chopped
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspcumin powder
  7. 1 tblsginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 cupoil
  9. 2chopped tomatoes
  10. 3-4green chillies
  11. Serve with chapati

50 Minutes
  1. 1

    Eik Wok mien beef mince, ginger garlic paste and salt daal kar water dalien or cook krein jab tak qeema gall Jaye.

  2. 2

    Jab gall Jaye to black pepper, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, chopped tomatoes or oil daal or mix krein or cover kar dein 10 Minute slow flame per.

  3. 3

    Jab tomatoes gall jayein to onions daal kar bhoon lien or 5 be se 10 Minute mazeed dum dein.

  4. 4

    Last mien high flame kar ke green chillies add krein or bhoonien jab tak oil oper a Jaye Qeema piyaz ready Hai.

  5. 5

    Garam chapati or simple dahi ke sath serve krein.
