Ingredients

  • 2patato
  • 1/2 bowlpeas
  • 2onion
  • 2tamato
  • 1-1/4 bowlrice
  • 2cloves
  • 10black pepper
  • 2green chillies
  • 3red chilly
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1small ginger
  • 1garlic
  • 1 spoonjeers
  • 1Kamal parts
  • Elaichi
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly in pan add til,Green coriander leaves, red chilly, cloves,elaichi, black pepper now let it roast.

    Now in mixer add garlic, ginger, green chillies, red chilly powder and roasted masala now blend it

    Now in pan add oil and onion now wait until the onions turn golden brown add tamato and ready masala and salt on low flame let it cook for 4 Min.now add water in it.

    After boiling water add peas in it peel and cut the patato when there are some bubble add the rice in it when rice sokes the water put a led up of it.now keep the gas on the low flame.now let the rice be cooked after 5-7 min serve it.n
