Fried Rice Manchurian

Boil water in deep vessel, add 1 tablespoon refined oil and salt to it.
Add soaked rice and boil.
Strain water and keep aside. - 2
Take grated carrot, cabbage, capsicum, 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, salt and mix well in a bowl.
Now prepare small balls with the mixture.
Deep fry in hot oil until balls turn golden brown {keep the flame on medium while frying}
Soak extra oil with napkin. - 3
Now take a pan and put 2 tablespoon oil and heat on medium flame, saute mix vegetable (grated capsicum, carrot and cabbage).
Add ½ onion and stir fry on high flame. - 4
Make a slurry with 2 tablespoon cornflour,1tablespoon soya sauce and pinch of black pepper powder and add water.
Pour it in the pan and stir well.
Add 1tbsp vinegar and salt to taste
Stir well. - 5
Add 1¼ cup water and boil on medium flame.
continue to boil until the gravy becime thick and turn glossy.
Add manchurian balls, spring onion and mix well. - 6
For Fried Rice-
Heat oil in a pan,add 1/2 onion and mix vegetable (grated carrot cabbage capsicum) and stir for 2 minutes.
Add boiled rice and 1 tablespoon Vinegar and 1 tablespoon Soya sauce in it, Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.Your Fried Rice Manchurian is ready to Serve.
