Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 👉🏻FOR MANCHURIAN :
  2. 1small bowl grated Carrot,
  3. 1 bowlshredded Cabbage,
  4. 1small bowl grated Capsicum,
  5. 2-3chopped spring onion,
  6. 1/2onion finely chopped
  7. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 2 tbspmaida / plain flour
  9. 5 tbspcornflour
  10. 1 tablespoonSoya Sauce
  11. 1 tablespoonVinegar
  12. Refined oil
  13. 1tablespoon
  14. Black pepper powder
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 👉🏻FOR FRIED RICE:
  17. 1 cupBasmati Rice
  18. 1 bowlmix vegetable (grated carrot, cabbage and capsicum)
  19. 1 tablespoonVinegar
  20. 1 tablespoonSoya Sauce
  21. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in deep vessel, add 1 tablespoon refined oil and salt to it.
    Add soaked rice and boil.
    Strain water and keep aside.

    Take grated carrot, cabbage, capsicum, 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, salt and mix well in a bowl.
    Now prepare small balls with the mixture.
    Deep fry in hot oil until balls turn golden brown {keep the flame on medium while frying}
    Soak extra oil with napkin.

    Now take a pan and put 2 tablespoon oil and heat on medium flame, saute mix vegetable (grated capsicum, carrot and cabbage).
    Add ½ onion and stir fry on high flame.

    Make a slurry with 2 tablespoon cornflour,1tablespoon soya sauce and pinch of black pepper powder and add water.
    Pour it in the pan and stir well.
    Add 1tbsp vinegar and salt to taste
    Stir well.

  5. 5

    Add 1¼ cup water and boil on medium flame.
    continue to boil until the gravy becime thick and turn glossy.
    Add manchurian balls, spring onion and mix well.

    For Fried Rice-

    Heat oil in a pan,add 1/2 onion and mix vegetable (grated carrot cabbage capsicum) and stir for 2 minutes.
    Add boiled rice and 1 tablespoon Vinegar and 1 tablespoon Soya sauce in it, Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.Your Fried Rice Manchurian is ready to Serve.
