Wash and chop mango into fine pieces. Add salt & turmeric powder and keep aside for1-hour. After 1 hour squeeze chopped mango with hand to remove all the moisture from it and let dry completely.

Heat oil and cool it completely. Add methia pickle masala on dried mango and mix well.

Add oil again mix well and fill in a serving bowl. Instant Spicey Cahtakedar Mango Pickle is ready to eat.
