Ingredients

  1. Crust:
  2. 1 1/2 Cmozzarella cheese, shredded
  3. 3/4 Calmond flour
  4. 2 Tcream cheese
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 tspwhite wine vinegar
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspolive oil
  9. Topping:
  10. 1/2 Ctomato sauce
  11. 3/4 Ccheddar and 3/4C mozzarella cheese, shredded
  12. 6 ozItalian sausage, crumbled (I use beef)
  13. 1 Tolive oil
  14. 2 Tfresh or 1T dried herbs (oregano and basil) 1
  15. 2garlic cloves, chopped
  16. Large sliced olives, if desired

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese over medium heat. Add the remaining crust ingredients, and mix well. Flatten the dough between two pieces of parchment paper, to 8" around. Remove the top sheet and prick the crust in multiple places. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden.

    While the crust is baking, saute the meat in oil.

    Pull crust from oven. Spread the tomato sauce on the crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
