Summer is the season of mangoes and mango is the king of all fruits... made this yummy ice cream with just 3-4 ingredients.. frozen mango pulp and others

Wash and peel the mangoes, cut into pieces

Now blend the mangoes in a mixer and make mango purée.

Freeze the mango purée for 3-4 hrs in the freezer

After that put the mango purée in the food processor jar and churn it for 2-3 minutes.

Now add sugar,cream,vanilla essence and saffron strands soaked in milk. Keep churning for 10-15 mints or till the mango purée is thickened and turning into a smooth mixture. Now pour the batter into a bowl or ice cream tin having a lid. Cover the ice cream with a cling wrap before putting the lid.

Refrigerate overnight or for5-6 hrs.

Take out of refrigerator and the ice cream is ready to serve.
