First cut the fanas with oil in the knife easily in small pieces.boiled it in the cooker up to one whistle.collect all the ingredients of the gravy.cut onion,ginger,garlic,chilli and made it's paste in the mixing jar.Take a pan.Add 2tsp oil and cumin seeds to make it's tadka.

Add all the paste in the oil.saute it well up to light pinkish.add all the masales in it.saute it well.add tomato puree.

Add boiled fanas.mix it well and cook it in slow flame for 10 minutes.spicy kathal sabji is ready to serve.
