First of all, keep the milk boiling on low heat in a heavy bottom pan.

When the milk starts rubbing, then place it on the side of the pan with the help of a spoon.

When the milk thickens to 1/3, then add sugar, cardamon powder, saffron to it and stir.

Now turn off the heat and let it cool down. When the Rabri gets completely cool then scrape the cream on the side and mix it in the milk. Let it cool down in the fridge.

Serve chilled.
