Super Easy Pancakes for Kids Super Easy Pancakes for Kids
I saw this recipe on a Christmas episode of Jamie Oliver, and it has really been a lifesaver for me. Both of my sons don't eat raw fruits, so I hide them, and this recipe is perfect for moms in the same situation as me! Besides apples, you can also use pears! You can adjust the recipe to half, for example, 1 apple, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of flour, or simply double the ingredients! The batter you make can last until the next day in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap! The texture of the pancakes is quite moist from the fruit, and I would recommend serving them with something like yogurt, jam, chocolate spread, honey, and warm! Egg-Free Pancakes for Infants Egg-Free Pancakes for Infants
Readymade pancakes are made with "yeast food" (which is different from yeast). I had been avoiding yeast food due to health issues. I wanted my child to eat something that's safer, so I made this for her as a snack while weaning her onto solids.Note: Eaten plain, these pancakes are not at all sweet. I usually use this as the basic batter recipe and sweeten it with vegetables or fruit. If you're not adding veggies, add sugar, or serve with syrup once they're done.
