
Steps

Add all marinate ingredients to a bowl. Mix well, and marinate it for 30 minutes.

In a pan on medium-low heat, add 1 tbsp butter.

When the butter is melted, add the chicken pieces one-by-one. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Flip each piece. Then cook again on low flame for 5 minutes.

Remove all the chicken pieces from the pan, and keep them aside.

In the same pan, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, and chopped Onions. Mix.

Add Garlic Ginger Paste. Mix

Add Tomato Paste. Mix.

Add Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, and Salt. Mix / Saute well.

Add ⅔ cup Water. Mix, and then Allow to Boil.

Add chicken pieces. Then add Fresh Cream. Mix.

Mix. Add Salt. Leave to cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

🔹NOTE🔹Instead of Garlic Ginger Paste, you can use 5 Garlic Cloves and the same amount of Ginger, and grind them. This will make 2 tsp worth of paste, 1 tsp for marinate, 1 tsp for gravy.
