Steps

Heat oil in a wok. Add asofoetida, cumin seeds, ginger, chilli,onion saute for 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except bread.

Now take bread flatten it by rolling pin. Cut the edges. Cut into triangle.

Take one triangle apply some water on the edges shape them like samosa.stuff it with potato filling.

Fry it in hot oil.
