Mango Rabdi Roll

Take bread pieces. Cut the edges.Flatten it with a rolling pin.In a mixer jar grind the bread's edges make bread crumbs.

Rabdi------In a pot heat milk. Boil It on medium flame stir it,add bread crumbs and 4-5 tsp sugar. Stir continuesly, add cardamom powder saffron threads.cook it until milk become almost half. Let it cool and refrigerate.

In a mixer jar add mango pieces, milk powder and sugar,blend it. Make a smooth puree.

Now take bread pieces, spread mango puree over it. Roll it gently. place it in serving plate. Pour rabdi over it well.

Gsrnish with chopped dry fruits and mango puree.Refrigerate it to set for 15 -20 minutes. Then serve.
