In a minute jar take makhana and sugar. Blend it until you get a smooth powder.

Now pour milk and add milk powder in jar. Blend until all things cooperated well.

Now add cream in it and blend again. Pour this mixture in a bowl. Add crushed dry fruits in it and mix well.

Pour this mixture into kulhad or kulfi molds and freeze overnight.

Delicious matka kulfi is ready to enjoy.
