Steps

In a pan take 1/2 tbsp of ghee and heat it.Fry nuts in it and keep aside.

In a same pan add rest of ghee and add vermicelli fry on medium flame stirring constantly till golden brown for3-4 minutes.

Add milk into the pan stir well and cook. Lower the heat cover the pan and let it cook till softened or milk thicken.

Add sugar, fried nuts, cardamom powder stir well.

When it comes to semi dry consistency off the flame.

Garnish & Serve hot or chilled.
