Cut the Paneer into pieces

Boil the aloo and mash it add salt mirchipowder and pepper to it.

Take a paneer cube and roll the mashed aloo over it. And make few balls

Now take besan powder add water and make a batter.

Dip the balls made earlier into the batter and deep fry them in the oil.
