Ingredients

6 people
  • 5Chicken Breast Cubed
  • 3Tblsp Butter
  • 1/2 CupTomato Puree
  • 250 mlFresh Cream
  • 1Tblsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tspFresh cut Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 CupPlain Yoghurt
  • 2Tblsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • Fresh chopped coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook chicken in butter till done. Add in tomato Puree and cook for about 3 mins.

  2. 2

    Add in spices and allow to simmer for few mins.

  3. 3

    Lastly garnish with coriander and drizzle of fresh cream. Serve with butter naan or roti and enjoy
