Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 2 tbspAlmond sliced/ chopped
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 2 cupWater
  5. 5-6Saffron strands
  6. 1 tbspRaisins
  7. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  8. 3-4 tbspGhee
  9. 1 cupMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take poha wash nicely. Take grinder add poha and milk make a smooth paste.

    Take a pan heat ghee add grinded Poha paste stir fry till golden brown on low to medium flame.

  3. 3

    Take a saucepan add water, sugar, almond cardamom powder, raisins and saffron strands mix and boil till sugar dissolves.

  4. 4

    Then add this sugar syrup in Poha and make thick consistency.

  5. 5

    Take a greased tray pour poha mixture level it and garnish with almonds.

  6. 6

    Cool and cut into pieces and serve poha burfi.
