Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppeanuts
  2. 1 cupalmonds
  3. 1.5 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1/2 tbspcardamom powder
  6. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Roast peanuts and Almonds separately in a pan over a medium flame until crispy and powdered them coarsely. In a pan add sugar and water cook until sugar dissolves or one strand syrup is ready (check on fingers).

    Add peanut and almonds powder, add cardamom powder too.Turn off the heat. Grease the plate with ghee.Spread the mixture on a greased plate and allow to cool.when it's little warm cut them into desired shape.
