Rinse sabudana pearls in running water and soak sabudana in water for 2 hours.

Boil milk in a pan. Add soaked sabudana and simmer boil stirring in between till the sabudana pearls appear to be transparent. (It takes 12-15 minutes approximately).

Then add sugar and cardamom powder & dryfruits mix well.
- 4
Keep covered for 10-15 minutes and serve garnished with dryfruits and Serve hot or chilled.
