Steps

First mix vinegar and milk keep aside. Then take a blender and add mango puree and sugar. Blend to a smooth puree.

Transfer the puree in a large bowl. Now add oil vinegar mix and food colour.

Using a whisk, mix well. Making sure everything is well combined.

Place a sieve and add maida, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well using cut and fold method.

To prepare the cake in a pressure cooker add 1-1/2 cup salt in the pressure cooker and close the lid without keeping the gasket and whistle. Preheat the cooker for five minutes.

Transfer the cake batter in cake mould. Make sure to line a butter paper at the bottom.

Tap the cake tin to level up and remove any bubble. Place the cake tin in a preheated cooker.

Cover and cook on low flame for 45 minutes.after 45 minutes insert a toothpick and check the cake has baked completely. Cool the cake and then unmould it.

Garnish with mango slices.
