First take besan in a bowl. Add water and salt. make a smooth paste.beat it at least for 10 min so that besan becomes light.

Then heat a tawa at low flame.when it hot wipe it from wet cloth. then spread batter like a dosa.

Add some oil. when it cook.spread shejvan chutney on it. add some chopped onion, paneer, some salt and lal mirch.

Fold it.
- 5
Cut into pieces and serve.
