First finely chopped long size onion.

Take a bowl, add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, ajwain, haldi powder, salt as a taste, 1 tbsp boil oil and besan and mix them using some amount of water. Bhajiya batter is ready.

In hot oil, add spoonfuls of the bhajiya batter depending on the size of the kadai. Fry the onion pakoda, till they look crisp and golden.

Remove fried onion pakora with a slotted spoon and drain them on kitchen paper towels for excess oil to be absorbed..

Serve Pyaz ka Bhajiya with the coriander chutney .
