Heat ghee in a heavy bottom wok. Add wheat flour. Roast it on low flame. Stir continuesly.

Add soaf, ginger powder and almonds in it.

When the flour turned brown and smells aromatic.add jaggery powder, mix it well. Turn off the flame. Stir continuesly.

Let it cool. Transfer it into serving bowl.Garnish with almonds.
