In a deep pan take milk with malai & stir continuously on medium heat for a while. After the milk gets little thicker add add milk powder/ mawa & stir thoroughly.

Cook until it reduces half of it's quantity then add the sugar & mix well.

After that add the Saffron strands & chopped pistachio & almond, cashews simmer it for 5-6 minutes then turn off the heat & sprinkle cardamom powder on the top.

Once the milk is cool down a bit, transfer it to the 'matkas' then cover the matkas with aluminum foil papers and keep them carefully inside the freezer for at least 6-7 hours.

After 7 hours kulfis are ready to be served.
